Polykam Tulle is a sterile antibacterial gauze made from leno weave fabric with base compound Soft Paraffin impregnated with triple antibiotics Polymyxin B Sulphate 5000 U, Bacitracin Zinc 400 U, Neomycin Sulphate 3400 U and Paraffin which is used for a wide range of topical infections.
